What is GDPR?
GDPR is a Data Protection Regulation (General Data Protection Regulation) that came into force throughout the EU in May 2018. It replaced the previous Personal Data Act (PUL). Much is similar to the Personal Data Act, but the protection of your personal privacy has been strengthened and your own control over your data became greater. GDPR does not affect your services or products with us at 123on.com. However, you have a greater opportunity to decide over your personal information. What rights do I have as a customer?
As a customer, you have the right to take part of which personal data we process free of charge. If you want to request a written excerpt of what information we process, email us at support@123on.com. You can also object at any time to your information being used for direct marketing by emailing us at support@123on.com.

How we collect information
We want to offer, develop and improve our services and products and create really attractive offers for you. To be able to do this, we process your personal data as below. However, you are not obliged to provide us with your information, but if you do not, we may not be able to offer you all our services and products. Customer information: is information about you as a person and your services e.g. what services you use, your name and social security number, your address and e-mail address, your telephone number, your IP address, your user ID, your payment information, demographic information and other information that you provide in your contacts with us.

How long we store your information
As a general rule, we save your customer information for the purposes we stated above as long as you are a customer with us and for up to 24 months thereafter. We save your traffic data for up to 12 months after the data was created.
