FJ challenge

are you ready for a challenge? How many toes touch can you do in one minute? Level 1. Hold on the top of a pull up and touch your toes. Level 2. Hold with straight arms and touch your toes. Level 3. Hold with straight arm and touch your knees. I will post weekly challenges in different levels and I hope you will try them and tag #fjchallenge when you upload. This was the first time I tried 1 minute. I will do this challenge more because I think it's a great exercise and my goal is to do twice as many. 💪🏻
